Can I change make changes on orders or change my shipping address?

Can I have my orders picked up on the same day via third party deliveries (Grab, Lalamove, etc)?
Yes, we do accept same day pick up via any third party deliveries of your choice. Cut off time is at 12nn and we’ll ensure your parcel ready. Please message us at lasoledadhomeandbody@gmail.com.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation of your order and payment.

Deliveries may be delayed by a few days due to quarantine restrictions and high volume of orders. Please allow additional 2-3 days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delays in deliveries, rest assured that we will get in touch with you via email or phone.

We’ve got you covered! All purchases of Php 1,000 and above, your shipping fee is free.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking information. You can track your shipment thru the J&T website.

If you are unable to locate this email/SMS, or believe you have yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please email us at lasoledadhomeandbody@gmail.com.

We will not be held responsible for risk of loss of the merchandise after delivery has been confirmed.

We do not take responsibility if J&T fails to deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.

La Soledad is not liable for any damages/loss of item(s) once they are handed to our partner courier. Should you have any further inquiries regarding your order, please write to us at lasoledadhomeandbody@gmail.com

La Soledad team make sure the items are in perfect condition before shipping. However, if the item gets broken during shipping, please take a picture of the item with receipt or proof of purchase within three (3) working days and send us an email at lasoledadhomeandbody@gmail.com.
Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with a solution. We offer free candle replacement and free shipping.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Used or exchange of scents are unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged.

La Soledad team will issue store credits.
